Simon T. W. Greenshields

CEO AND PRESIDENT

Mr. Greenshields has more than 35 years of diverse experience in the physical and financial commodity markets, including the development of Morgan Stanley’s asset-based commodity trading model. Prior to Phibro, Mr. Greenshields most recently served as Global Co-Head of Morgan Stanley’s Commodity Division where he also served on the Firm’s Management Committee. Mr. Greenshields’ career spanned over 30 years at Morgan Stanley, during which he created and managed most of the Division’s business lines including Crude Oil Trading & Marketing, and Global Power & Gas. Mr. Greenshields has pioneered innovative structured transactions, produced record revenues, and built global market-leading businesses over the course of his career. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Greenshields worked in London as a foreign exchange & fixed income trader for J. Aron (Goldman Sachs) and as a money markets broker for Harlow Meyer Savage. Mr. Greenshields graduated with a BSc. (Hons) from London University.

Joseph F. Delaney III

CFO

Mr. Delaney joined Phibro as Partner and CFO in July of 2016. He was previously President of Princeton Group Advisors, LLC. In 2009, Mr. Delaney co-founded Waterville Capital, LLC and served as the co-portfolio manager of the Waterville Large Cap Value Fund. Prior to forming Waterville, Mr. Delaney was a Founding Member and Portfolio Manager in charge of commodities at the multi-strategy hedge fund, Old Lane, LP from 2005 to 2008. Old Lane, LP was sold to Citigroup N.A. in 2007 where Mr. Delaney served as a Managing Director. Prior to Old Lane, Mr. Delaney worked for Morgan Stanley & Co. from 1988 to 2004, most recently serving as a Managing Director in its Commodities Division, where he was responsible for U.S. Power Trading. He earned a B.S. in Accounting (magna cum laude) from Villanova University, 1985, a M.Sc. (Econ) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, 1986 and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, 1988.

S. Fabrizio Zichichi

COO

Mr. Zichichi joined Phibro as COO and partner in June of 2021. He was previously Co-President of Global Oil Liquids at Castleton Commodities International the firm that acquired the Morgan Stanley physical oil business in 2015. Mr. Zichichi had joined Morgan Stanley in 2007 as Global Head of the light ends products Team, and in 2015 he was named Global Co-Head of the physical oil business. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he was at Noble Group in the role of Global Head for Clean Fuels, where he was responsible for the initial expansion of the company in the liquid commodities business and its establishment in the North and South American markets. Prior to Noble Group he was at Phibro which he had joined in 1994 as a trader and later become the General Manager of the Petrochemical Department; the business he was managing was novated in 1998 to Noble Group. Mr. Zichichi started his career with ENI in 1983, as an analyst in the treasury group and then moved to New York in various marketing and management positions within the group subsidiaries in the petrochemicals and oil products field. Mr. Zichichi has served as board member in number of companies and non-profit organizations, he is currently a board member of the Ettore Majorana Foundation and Center for Scientific Culture, the Delta-Energy Group and the Mill River Park Collaborative. He graduated from H.E.C University in Lausanne in 1981.
